  • Dr. Natalie Adams, DVM

  • Dr. Natalie Adams received her veterinary degree from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. After completing her internship at Michigan State University in 1996, she joined Community Pet Hospital the following year. Her areas of interest include canine rehabilitation, ultrasound, and surgery. She also serves as the Medical Director at CPH. Dr. Adams lives in Boulder with her husband Geoff and her Australian Cattle Dog named Tasman.  She enjoys running, cycling, and backcountry skiing.
  • Dr. Jenn Nash, DVM

  • Dr. Jennifer Nash earned both her BS and her DVM from the University of Florida, graduating in 2003. In addition to her responsibilities as a veterinarian, Dr. Nash also serves as the Patient Care Director. She began as a relief doctor with CPH in the winter of 2003, and was hired in the summer of 2005 as an Associate Veterinarian. Dr. Nash has an interest in Internal Medicine and Wellness, and in Ultrasonography. She and her family-her husband, two daughters, stepson, and dogs Cammie, Finn, Colby and Twitch-enjoy many of Colorado’s outdoor activities, such as hiking, skiing, and geocaching.
  • Dr. Chris Schwarz, DVM

  • Associate Veterinarian Dr. Christopher Schwarz earned his BS (1999) and DVM (2001) degrees at Kansas State University. He has been with Community Pet since December of 2004, and has special interests in theriogenology (animal reproduction and obstetrics), internal medicine, and dentistry. When he’s not at the hospital, Dr. Schwarz enjoys skiing, fishing, and hiking with his dogs Magnum and Bolta.

  • Dr. Jennifer Tremblay, DVM

  • Dr. Jennifer Tremblay grew up in a small rural town in Illinois, northwest of Chicago.  She has worked in this profession as a kennel assistant, a veterinary technician, a receptionist, and now a veterinarian- which had always been her dream.  She graduated from Iowa State University in 1992 with a B.S. degree in Zoology and then again in 1995 with a B.S. degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Animal Behavior.  She graduated in 1999 from Colorado Sate University with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.  Having practiced for 7 years in Las Vegas she is very happy to be back among the mountains.  She enjoys hiking, traveling, and photography.  She has 4 cats she also enjoys spending time with- Lucy, Ethel, Alice, and Norton. 
  • Dr. Ann Nelson, DVM

  • Dr. Ann M. Nelson is a 1995 graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, and has been with CPH since March of 2008. She is also certified in veterinary medical acupuncture. She lives in Westminster with her husband and two children.
  • Dr. Laura Servis, MS, DVM

  • Dr. Laura Servis completed her veterinary medical degree at Colorado State University after completing a Master’s degree in Anatomy and Neurobiology.  Her previous experience is as an emergency clinician in specialty referral practice where she developed interests in cardiology, neurology and emergency/critical care.  She is also devoted to pain management and is a certified veterinary acupuncturist.  She lives in Evergreen with her husband and 2 dogs and 3 cats.  She enjoys traveling and any excuse to spend time outdoors in Colorado.
  • Dr. Sarah Malone, VMD

  • Dr. Sarah Malone received her BA in Biology at Cornell University, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania school of veterinary medicine in 2008.  She then completed a small animal internship at a private practice in Pennsylvania.  She returned to her home state of Colorado in 2009, and joined the team at Community Pet Hospital as an overnight emergency doctor.  Her interests include emergency medicine, exotics (especially avian medicine), and radiology.   In her spare time she enjoys mountaineering, rock climbing and snowboarding.  She resides with 2 cockatiels (Neo and Soleil), a Malayan box turtle, and 2 rats.
